About our classes:
Please Note: Classes are available for partners and individuals. Some classes are open to women only. This page provides an explanation of the different types of classes offered. For a current class schedule click the link below.
Group Classes
Couples: In the couples lessons you will learn steps and combinations
for all types of ballroom and latin dancing according to the specific level of the group. The lessons focus on leading, following, flow and interaction between partners.
Individuals: These lessons are taught without a partner. The lessons will concentrate on style and technique. Including controling the movements of the hands and hips as well muscle memory in conjuction with choreographed combinations.
Lessons are offered at several different levels and new classes open upon demand. Classes last approximately 60 minutes, but some classes include additional practice time.
Private Lessons
These lessons include basic steps, combinations, styling and technique of specific dance styles according to the the students and instructors choice. The lessons will emphasize proper posture for the individual and couple, hip and arm movements,development of individual style and choreography.
Each lesson is 60 minutes
Packages are available at up to 20% off. Discount is based on quantity of lessons purchased. Arrangements must be made in advance.
Bride and Grooms First Dance
In general to prepare from the most basic level for your first dance as husband and wife we suggest a minimum package of 10 private lessons. Some couples may master their choreography with fewer lessons, however we recommend taking no less than 6 lessons. Please choose your music in advance and bring it with you to the first lesson. If you need assistance with your choice your instructor will be happy to make recommendations for both music and dance styles.
